จำนวนผู้เยี่ยมเยือนชาวต่างชาติ ที่เดินทางเข้ามาประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ก่อนการปิดด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมือง และพำนักในจังหวัดต่าง ๆ ซึ่งครอบคลุมผู้ที่วางแผนการท่องเที่ยวระยะสั้น แต่ไม่สามารถเดินทางกลับภูมิลำเนาได้ตามแผนการเดินทาง (ไม่รวมชาวต่างชาติที่ประกอบอาชีพในประเทศไทย) ที่เข้ามาในจังหวัดตรัง
